This 5 day/8-week program is geared towards athletes who want to improve in Olympic weightlifting. Over the next 8 weeks you will train through proper progressions to increase your strength in the Snatch, Clean and Jerk. Alongside your Olympic lifts are every accessory movement (compound, unilateral, and stability lifts) necessary to hit those desired PR’s in weightlifting. 

OPTIONAL: Metcon’s are also included to increase aerobic capacity and muscle endurance to enhance overall strength and performance.
